Hi, and welcome to my Instahelp Information Page.
It’s great to have you here, it means you’re ready to work on getting back on track!
I look forward to our conversations, which will help you gain clarity and help with managing and understanding what’s going on for you right now.
It’s important to remember that it might take time to work through this, but you are not alone in this process.
Please read the information below to find out what to expect when working with me. You can also watch the two videos in this page and all over my website.
I usually work open-ended, which means we work for as long as you need to. It might be one month, three months, a year, or just a few sessions.
It’s up to you how long you stay with me, but through my years practicing I’ve found that giving counselling a go for at least 3-6 sessions (or 3-6 weeks of regular messaging) will lead to more long-lasting effects.
If you choose the £49 model, we have 40 minutes live sessions per week (unless you decide you need more and pay for that extra time) or the equivalent of 4 message replies from myself.
You can decide how to use your 40 minutes / 4 messages every week.
This increases to 60 minutes if you’ve chosen the £69 model.
I will reply to your text messages on weekdays usually 2-12hrs after you’ve messages.
You are free to message at any time – my replies will be usually between 11am – 10pm.
I’d suggest giving text-based asynchronous messaging a try, and if you do need a live video or audio call, you can let me know via the Instahelp App.
I have timeslots Mondays to Wednesdays for live sessions.
(these can be video, audio, or text-based sessions)
Please book at least 7 days in advance, to avoid disappointment.
How we communicate
It’s up to you how we work, and you can decide to change this anytime you’d like, within the plan you’ve chosen.
It might be more convenient to use asynchronous messaging, where you send me text-based messages anytime from anywhere.
Other times you might want to use a live session to work through some things that might require me to be present with you in the instahelp room.
You can also read interesting blog posts on a variety of topics via this page. Here are some to get you started:
